Electrical Equipment Control & Monitoring System(ECMS) is a system that monitors, protects, and controls power equipment in power plants and substations. It provides the best system solution from IED 61850-based IED to HMI.

ECMS

Bay Level

  • It is composed of IEC61850-based protection relay, Bay Controller, PLC, RTU, etc. It acquires the status of transformer, bus, feeder and necessary information and transmits it to the upper system.
  • It performs functions such as controlling the breaker when an accident occurs or an instruction is received from the upper system.
  • It uses Intelligent Protection Relay (IED), supports communication (Goose) and accident analysis (Fault Recording) between IEDs and supports user's easy operation and maintenance of power system.

Interbay Level

  • The information obtained from the devices is processed, classified, and transmitted to the Station Level.
  • Use this to perform the required logic, receive commands at the Station Level, and deliver them to each Bay Level device.

Station Level

  • It displays the status of the system graphically by storing the information from the lower level.
  • Important information is processed by events or alarms so that the user can easily recognize, output through the printer, receive commands from the user, transmit to the lower level, and receive the results.
  • It can analyze the incident or remotely set the Bay Level device.
