Parallel Shaft Geared Motor (F, RP series)

Features
F Series Compact & lightweight By using computer optimization techniques and incorporating a DX bush for the bearing on the output shaft's anti-load side, we have achieved product miniaturization and lightweighting (0.4–3.7kW) while maintaining high rigidity and compactness
High efficiency & fixability The utilization of computer-aided design and gear polishing has resulted in a product that operates at a high efficiency rate of 97% or more and low noise with increased durability and tensile strength
Free mounting To ensure that the product can be mounted freely (ranging from 0.4–3.7kW), we utilize grease as a lubricant, which is completely sealed. Additionally, we incorporate a high-quality oil seal and a specially developed sealing device to prevent any oil leakage
Durability Our products are highly dependable and have been designed to comply with the AGMA II Class safety factor (S.F=1.4 to 2.0), ensuring their durability
RP Series Compact & lightweight Compact & lightweight Miniaturization and lightweighting are achieved through optimal distribution of strength, while maintaining the ease of handling

Planetary Geared Motor (P series)

Features
Miniaturization & lightweighting The use of concentric shafts and multiple planetary gears for power distribution enables miniaturization and lightweighting, while the integration of durable and well-insulated Hyosung motors reduces volume
High precision & high efficiency To minimize tooth loss and maximize efficiency, the high-quality alloy steel gear teeth are carburized and heat-treated, then made into the optimal shape
Extended product life & low noise The solar gear has equivalent strength to a conventional geared motor in the same class, but its use of multiple planetary gears to distribute power results in twice the lifespan and significantly reduced noise
Ease of handling Due to the concentric symmetry of the input and output, no special tools are required for assembly or disassembly, making the process simple and easy
Product reliability Planetary gear reduction enables high reduction ratios of 1,000,000:1 or more, facilitating miniaturization and lightweighting, and the use of computer-aided design ensures high reliability
