Production technology

  • Design

    The staff members who are in charge of design support the bidding business of the Sales Team and contribute to the intake of orders through product quotes and technical support. They design products to move forward to production and enhance product competitiveness through cost improvement, handling defects, and preventing flaws.

  • Development

    The staff members who are in charge of development establish technology development strategies as well as research and develop new products that meet the demands of customers. They find measures to reduce the costs of existing products and improve product competitiveness by distributing and supporting internally with the latest technologies.

  • Production

    The staff members who are in charge of production manage the production process in the optimal state to ensure that products meet quality standards and are produced reliably and in a timely manner based on our technological expertise that leads the global market. Furthermore, they maximize the efficiency of overall production by improving the production process to enhance cost competitiveness, in order to secure competitiveness that can succeed even in future markets.

  • Utility Management

    The staff members who are in charge of utility management operate and maintain the power, environmental, and utility facilities necessary for the normal operation of production equipment to improve process efficiency through energy conservation and emission reduction activities.

  • Environmental Management

    The staff members who are in charge of environmental management manage and operate environmental facilities such as air pollution prevention facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and waste disposal facilities, and minimize the negative environmental impact of business activities through the management of hazardous chemicals.

  • Safety Management

    The staff members who are in charge of safety management establish and manage safety standards for workplaces that comply with environmental safety regulations, and manage production sites and construction work sites to prevent potential accidents.

    The staff members who are in charge of construction technology are engaged in process management in construction sites and perform construction design tasks, and they estimate and execute construction budget efficiently.
